Our cutting boards are hand made just north of Dallas, Texas. All of our raw wood is sourced thru several regional mills.  While we try to keep several of the more popular cutting boards in our 90% complete inventory we sometimes run out.  If a cutting board is in our 90% complete inventory we can pull it and finish it in a day or two and have it shipped ASAP.  This is not always the case.  You should assume that we may have to create your cutting boards from our raw wood inventory.   In this case it will take us about 7 to 10 business days after you place your order to build your board, sand the your board and condition your board.  Once we ship it  (usually via UPS Ground) you should allow 4-6 days for delivery, we have no control over how they route the shipment to you. While we usually ship via UPS ground, on occasion, we may need to utilize FedEx Ground.  A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your package has shipped.
